District Jalandhar Hockey Championship (Girls) Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women and KCL School teams in the final

Jalandhar- September 8 (Kulbir Saini) The teams of Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women Jalandhar and KCL School Jalandhar reached the final in the senior category of District Jalandhar Hockey Championship (Girls) being organized by Jalandhar Hockey Association ay Lyallpur Khalsa College Hockey Ground here this evening. In league matches KCL School Jalandhar beat HMV College Jalandhar by 6-0 in the senior category, while in the second league match, Lyallpur Khalsa College for women beat HMV College Jalandhar by 5-1 while the teams of Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women Jalandhar and KCL School were tied without a goal. After the league round matches, the teams of Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women and KCL School entered the Finals of Senior Category.While in the junior category, Doaba Khalsa School Jalandhar defeated Dhanowali by 3-1. On this occasion, hockey coach Rajinder Kumar, Kuldeep Singh, members of the organizing committee of Hockey Punjab Kulbir Singh, Parminder Kaur were specially present.
